Acceptance of Terms
When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order.
Contract, Payment and Delivery
Orders will be accepted by Beta Life International, for delivery in New Zealand and Australia only. Payment is to be made in NZ currency. Any contract arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand. Beta Life International will deliver goods only within New Zealand and Australia.
Products may be added to or removed from the website from time to time. While we do not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.
Orders, Price and Payment
All prices shown on this website exclude GST. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay.
In order to purchase from this website you must be a pre-approved client of Beta Life International. You must pay by Mastercard or Visa or on account, if an account has been approved.
Wholesale account applications
The success of wholesale applications will be subject to meeting the Beta Life International requirements. Beta Life International holds all rights to deny applications that don’t fit with the criteria &/or discontinue accounts at any time.
Terms of payment on account
Unless otherwise agreed in writing you must pay for Goods by the 20th day of the month following the date of the invoice relating to those Goods.
If full payment for the Goods is not made on the due date, then:
(a) Beta Life International may cancel or withhold supply of further Goods;
(b) Interest on monies overdue shall be charged on a daily basis at the rate of 2.5% per month from the date of invoice until the date of final payment of that invoice, and interest shall continue to accrue both before and after judgment; and,
(c) You are liable for all costs associated with debt collection where you default in payment for any order.
We may from time to time vary your credit limit with us at our discretion, in relation to further purchases of Goods. If any acquisition would be in excess of your credit limit, we reserve the right to require payment in cash prior to delivery of the Goods, of the amount by which the cost exceeds your credit limit.
We shall have a full right of set-off with respect to amounts owed by you to us under these Terms, in relation to any monies owing by us, or any of our related companies, to you howsoever arising. Your obligation under these Terms shall be to pay the full amount owing under these Terms free of all deductions or rights of set off.
The Beta Life website operates on SSL secure ordering system. SSL technology, which encrypts (scrambles) your information whenever we are receiving or transferring your details on our site. When making an online purchase a small padlock symbol will appear on your screen. This indicates that the SSL security system is operating throughout your transaction. This encrypting ensures that your details can not be read by, or altered by outside influences.
You can submit your details including credit card numbers with confidence. We ask that the credit card provided is that of the same person who is ordering the products.
If you still feel uncomfortable about submitting your details, please contact us and we can get your details some other way such as by fax (fax) or phone (telephone).
For your security, payments are processed via a secure connection to PayPal.
Delivery charges are calculated by weight, location and specific arrangements per customer. The price will be calculated by the Beta Life team.
Title and riskGoods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase.
Once goods have been delivered and signed for as being received in good condition, the liability becomes that of the signer.
We may deliver each item ordered separately if we chose for supply or other reasons. If this is the case you will not incur any extra delivery cost.
Title in any goods supplied will not pass to you until full payment has been received by Beta Life International.
Returns and refunds
If you wish to return a faulty product, you must contact us by phoning (telephone) or email us at (email) within 5 days of the date of your invoice.
You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging. All items must be unopened unless they are faulty.
We will refund you the product only, by the same method that you paid for your purchase. Freight will only be refunded where the product is faulty.
Your refund is not guaranteed until we receive the product, and deemed it to be in saleable condition.
Beta Life International will repair or replace any goods, which fail to comply with Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Limitation of Liability
Beta Life International are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the products on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if Beta Life International was advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your right to privacy is very important to us and we recognise that when you provide us with information about your business/yourself, you trust us to act responsibly. In this crazy age of intergalactic telecommunicated junk mail we appreciate your privacy. Rest easy; your information is secure and remains the sole property of Beta Life International and will not be provided by us to any other organisation or company.
